Shipping Rates & Time

All orders ship via USPS. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. We appreciate your patience during this busy season as our team and shipping partners work safely and quickly to get you your order. Standard shipping (1-3 business days) is $5 within the US for all orders.

International Shipping

We offer standard international shipping for a flat rate of $10 USD per order for North America, and $20 USD for the rest of the world. Please contact us if you have any questions about placing an international order.

Returns

Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we don’t currently accept returns.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please reach out to (email) regarding any damaged, wrong, or missing items in your order. 

• Missing Items - If reported within 14 days of your order shipping items will be removed from your order and we will refund the card on file for the amount of the reported items.

• Damaged Items - If reported within 14 days of your order shipping you can request replacements to be shipped at no additional cost. Please email photo evidence of the damaged items to (email).
